1. Introduction

Identity Verification Required: To protect player privacy, betsp requires identity verification before processing any data subject rights request. You will be asked to confirm your identity using information associated with your registered betsp account before we can disclose, correct, or delete personal data.
11. Children's Privacy
The betsp platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming participation. betsp does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If betsp becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a player who is under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted from betsp's systems, and any real-money balance held in the account will be returned to the funding source through which it was deposited, after necessary verification procedures.
