betsp Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

📘 1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betsp ("betsp," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://betsp.cam and its associated mobile-optimized interfaces. These Terms govern all access to and use of the betsp platform, including its live casino, slot games, bingo rooms, sports betting services, and any other features or functionality made available to players.

By creating a betsp account, accessing the platform, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the betsp platform.

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including betsp's internal self-exclusion register or any national responsible gaming exclusion database operated in connection with PAGCOR.
• You must not be accessing the betsp platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of betsp, or a close family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from betsp's compliance department.

To participate in real-money gaming on betsp, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Registration

Each player may register only one (1) betsp account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or associated accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betsp is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling real-money deposits and withdrawals. This process, commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires you to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID, Postal ID, or PhilSys National ID).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsp account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) transmitted to your registered mobile number. betsp will never contact you to request your password or full OTP. Any activity conducted through your betsp account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified betsp of unauthorized access promptly upon discovery.

💳 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betsp accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and Credit/Debit Cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.00 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. betsp does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. betsp prohibits third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be reversed, and the account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability. Withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-approved) betsp account. betsp processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days under standard conditions. Actual crediting time depends on your payment provider's processing schedule.

betsp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of its AML compliance obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if betsp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on the betsp platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

betsp offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded to your betsp account are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which unused bonus funds will be automatically removed from your account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

betsp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors in bonus mechanics, or any other behavior that betsp determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

All casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, and bingo rooms available on betsp operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer products, are governed by the published rules of the respective game studios. Game outcomes are determined solely by the underlying RNG or physical game mechanics — betsp does not influence game outcomes.

6.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, network disruption, or technical error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, betsp reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to players' accounts. betsp will not be held liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on betsp — covering PBA, UAAP, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events — are governed by betsp's Sports Betting Rules, available on the platform. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Accepted bets are binding. betsp reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or where the integrity of the event is materially compromised.

🚫 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betsp platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the betsp platform in a manner not authorized by betsp.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in game mechanics to generate winnings that would not otherwise occur under normal operating conditions.
• Using the betsp platform to launder money, facilitate financial fraud, or conduct any activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with betsp.
• Accessing the betsp platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your betsp account on your behalf, except where expressly authorized in writing by betsp.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at betsp staff or other players via any betsp communication channel.

All content available on the betsp platform — including but not limited to software code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, sound recordings, and video content — is the exclusive property of betsp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betsp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any betsp content without prior written authorization from betsp.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betsp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the betsp platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

betsp's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the betsp platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betsp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betsp makes no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

🔒 11. Account Suspension & Closure

betsp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where betsp has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to betsp;
• The player is found to be under the age of 21 years.

Upon termination of an account due to breach of these Terms, betsp reserves the right to forfeit any balance — including real-money funds and bonus credits — held within the account at the time of termination. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC and AML requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the betsp platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and betsp that cannot be resolved informally through betsp's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute involves regulated gaming activity, it may also be referred to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with betsp informally by contacting our support team. betsp will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes directly and amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of a complaint.

📝 13. Amendments to These Terms

betsp reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betsp will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notification displayed upon login to the betsp platform.

Your continued use of the betsp platform after any such amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
